Ulaanbaatar,/MONTSAME/ Mongolian athletes E.Zorig and N.Sukhbaatar will leave for Canada March 6 to take part in the 2010 Winter Paralympics to be held March 12-21 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Apart of them, Mongolia's national team comprises N.Sandagdorj, a coach, and N.Erdenetsetseg, a doctor.
The official group consists of N.Khurelbaatar, State Secretary of Health Ministry; Ch.Byambaa, vice president of Mongolian National Paralympic Committee (MNPOC); and N.Oyunbat, MNPOC's secretary-general.
Farewell ceremony took place Tuesday in the State Department of Physical Culture and Sports. During it, a head of the Department Ch.Naranbaatar wished the athletes success and granted a state flag to E.Zorig who has been appointed the flag bearer.
The Mongolians will take part in cross-country skiing.
